My story

Every creation tells a story... Mine begins with a secret.

I am Elsy, and for years, I buried an important part of myself: I have always loved to draw, to create. Even as a child, my mind lit up every time I was about to make an object, or tinker with the living room TV ( yes, poor TV... but it still worked! ). I learned to sew from my mother and to knit with my aunt. I took pleasure in these works. My hands trembled with impatience every time they touched a thread, a fabric, a pencil. Since childhood, creating was my refuge, my secret language. Drawing, knitting, shaping little wonders that, for me, existed nowhere else.

But adult life imposed its rules on me. I put this passion away in a locked drawer, convinced that it had no place in a "serious" world. For years, this part of me remained silent, stifled by obligations and conventions.

Today, I break that silence.

Each piece I create carries within it this newfound liberation, this long-sought peace. When you hold one of my creations in your hands, you are not only possessing a unique handcrafted object, you are carrying a fragment of this rebirth, of this regained authenticity, of my history.
