How do I care for my jewelry?

Clean your jewelry with a soft, dry cloth. For gold and silver, use a specialized product. Avoid contact with perfumes, creams, and chemicals. Store them in their original case. Do you offer a repair service?

Yes, we repair all our jewelry. Contact us for a free quote. Repairs are free.

How can I place an order?

Add your favorite jewelry to your cart and follow the steps to order. We accept secure payments by credit card, PayPal, and other available methods.

Can I modify my order after validation?

You can modify your order within 24 hours by contacting us. After this time, we can no longer guarantee the modification as your jewelry may already be in preparation.

Do you offer payment in installments?

Yes, we offer payment in 3 or 4 installments free of charge for purchases of €100 or more, depending on the options available when you place your order.

📦 Delivery and Packaging

How is the jewelry packaged?

Each piece of jewelry comes in an elegant box, along with a certificate of authenticity and a care guide. Gift wrapping is included.

What are the delivery times?

In mainland France: 2-3 business days by tracked Colissimo. For custom creations, allow an additional 2-3 weeks.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we deliver throughout Europe. Costs and delivery times vary depending on the destination. All our shipments are insured and tracked.

🔄 Returns and Exchanges

Can I return a piece of jewelry?

You have 14 days to return any non-personalized jewelry, in its original packaging and in perfect condition. Custom jewelry cannot be returned.
